How long do I have to complete a course?
You have one year from the date of purchase to complete your CE course. Once complete, you will have access to your certificate indefinitely through the "My Transcript" page of the site.

Do I have to complete a course at a single sitting?
No, you do not have to complete your course at a single sitting. You can login as many times as you want to review the material, complete your course, or print an additional certificate or letter of completion.

What is a passing score on the CE test?
You must score 80% on the CE test. If you don't pass the first time, you can re-take the test. You can also print out a copy of the test preview prior to reading the material. The test is not meant to be punitive. The purpose of the test is to reinforce the learning. After passing the CE test, you will be prompted to complete the course evaluation prior to the receipt of your online completion certificate.

How do I print my certificate? I've finished my course and completed the test and evaluation.
Go to athealth.com/continuing-education and click on Sign In in the top navigation menu. Sign in as a Returning Participant using your email and password.  Once you are signed in, click on My Transcript in the main purple navigation menu. Scroll down to select the course you need and click on the Print Certificate button to receive your certificate.  If you are a psychologist and need a letter of completion, click on the Print Letter of Completion link.

Can I take the same course twice?
Yes, however, keep in mind that your licensing board may not accept the same course twice.  If you want to retake a course, please send an email to [email protected] and we will get your current account set up to re-purchase the course(s).

Can I take a course using the same e-mail and CE account as someone else?
No. You will need to have your own CE account and use your own e-mail address. If you use another person's CE account, their professional information will be replaced by your information, and we will have no way of knowing who completed which courses. In the event that one of you is audited, we would not be able to support your continuing education with your licensing board.

Do you report CE credits to CE Broker or other State Organizations?

What if I have a Complaint or Grievance?

For Social Workers:  Any complaints filed by Social Workers should be directed initially to the CE Coordinator at [email protected].  At Health's Social Work Consultant will immediately be notified of the grievance.  If the CE Coordinator is unable to resolve the complaint within 5 business days, the CE Coordinator will refer the complaint to the Social Work Consultant to review and respond.  Within 10 business days, the Social Work Consultant will determine and prepare a response to the complaint and recommend action, if necessary.  The Social Work Consultant's response will be communicated directly to the complainant. A grievance concerning a specific course offering, content, or costs may be resolved by modifications to future offerings, and/or by providing a refund or course credit to the complainant. The complainant is informed of the status of his/her complaint at all levels and all possible care will be taken to protect the confidentiality of the complainant.

For Psychologists and all other disciplines:

At Health, LLC is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the American Psychological Association's Ethical Principles of Psychologists. At Health, LLC will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of the CE Director in consultation with the members of the Advisory Board.

While At Health, LLC goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which come to the attention of the CE Coordinator which require intervention and/or action on the part of the CE Director or a member of the Advisory Board. This procedural description serves as a guideline for handling such grievances.

  1. When a participant, either orally or in written format, files a grievance and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken. If the grievance concerns an author, the content presented by the author, or the style of presentation, the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put his/her comments in written format. The CE Coordinator will then pass on the comments to the author, assuring the confidentiality of the grieved individual.
  2. If the grievance concerns a continuing education offering, its content, level of presentation, or the manner in which the content was delivered, the CE Director will mediate and will be the final arbitrator. If the participant requests action, the CE Coordinator will:
    • attempt to replace the course in question with a similar course from the continuing education catalog or
    • provide a credit for an alternative course or
    • provide a partial or full refund of the purchase price for the course.

Actions 2b and 2c will require a written note, documenting the grievance, for record keeping purposes. The note need not be signed by the grieved individual.

If the grievance concerns an At Health, LLC CE program, in a specific regard, the CE Director will attempt to arbitrate.

Any complaints should be directed initially to the CE Coordinator at [email protected].
