CE requirements for ND professional counselors (LPC; LPCC):
- LPCs (licensed professional counselors) must complete 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including at least 3 hours of professional ethics
- LPCCs (licensed professional clinical counselors) must complete 40 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including at least 3 hours of professional ethics
- LPCs and LPCCs can earn one-half of their continuing education hours by self-study and distance learning
CE Approvals: The North Dakota State Board of Counselor Examiners accepts programs offered by NBCC approved providers. At Health, Inc., is approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP #6719.
