Autism and Asperger’s, more commonly referred to today as autism spectrum disorder, are characterized by varying degrees of impairment in communication, social skills, and repetitive patterns of behavior. This program is designed to educate health care providers and others who work with children, adolescents, and adults so that they can assist in identifying and managing autism spectrum disorders.

Dr. Susan Blandino is a licensed psychologist. She is in private practice in Allen, Texas. She has specialty interests in the areas of autism spectrum disorders and psychological assessment. Dr. Blandino has been practicing with school aged children and adolescents since 1996. Her private practice focuses on helping those with autism spectrum disorder and their families, conducting psychological evaluations, and treating anxiety and mood disorders. Dr. Blandino also has a close family member affected with an autism spectrum disorder.
