Continuing Education for Professional Counselors in Wyoming

CE requirements for WY licensed professional counselors (LPC) and certified mental health workers (CMHW):

  • 45 contact hours of continuing education (CE), including 3 hours of ethics, every 2 years
  • Course must be an organized program of learning designed to increase the participants’ professional competence in their discipline

CE Approvals

The Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board will accept relevant courses from providers approved by NBCC.

At Health, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6949. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. At Health, LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

WY LPCs and CMHWs can earn all forty-five (45) of their continuing education credits online through athealth.com.
