  • Need help accessing your course or CE test? - Please click here to access short tutorial video walkthroughs on how to log in, access your CE test, and complete a course.
  • How many CE / Contact Hours is each credit? - All of our credits have a 1:1 ratio based on guidelines from the approval bodies. Each credit is equal to one hour of continuing education.
  • What format is the course content? - All the courses are either text based, video or audio supported. There will be an indicator on the course page which type it is - audio courses will display a small speaker icon: . All of the audio courses have accompanying MP3 files that can be played in your web browser, or downloaded to your tablet, phone, or other device. All audio and video courses are supported with text transcripts. The audio and video files are included as a separate lesson in each course.
  • Will you submit my certificate or results? - We do not report your results, but will provide you with a digital certificate detailing the completion of each course immediately upon completion. You will have indefinite access to these certificates, and can download, print, or email them to the organizations you are required to report to.
  • Can I take courses with you? We are certified by most major approval bodies (click here for a full list). You can use the "Am I Covered" widget on the home page of our site to get detailed information based on your location and discipline. If you have any questions about coverage we'll be happy to assist, just complete the form below.
  • How long do I have to take a course? - By default you'll have one year from the date of purchase to complete your courses, but we'll be happy to extend that if needed, just let us know. Once you complete a course, you'll have indefinite access to both the course content and your Certificate or Letter of Completion.
  • Do I have to complete a course in one sitting? - No, you can go at your own pace and return as often as you need to. Each course provides the option to print the content, so if you prefer you can print or download the content for review offline, and then return later to take the test.
  • How many attempts do I get to pass a test? - You can attempt the test as many times as you'd like until you reach the required 80% score. There is no additional cost, penalty, or delay with retakes. After submitting your answers to the test, you'll get your score, and will be shown which questions you missed.
  • I don't see my courses! - If you used a different email address when paying for your courses than your account is set up under this may happen. If so, please just fill out the form below to let us know and we'll get it corrected for you right away.
  • What are the technology requirements? - No special software is needed beyond a modern web browser, and you can purchase and take courses from your laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile device. Some courses have supporting PDF files which can be viewed with free Adobe Reader software.
