Continuing Education for MFTs in New Jersey

CE requirements for NJ marriage and family therapists (LMFT):

• 40 hours of CE every 2 years, including 5 credits in ethics related to marriage and family therapy and 3 credits in social and cultural competence
• 20 credits can be earned online

CE Approvals

The NJ State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners accepts courses from NBCC approved providers.

At Health, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6949. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. At Health, LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
