CE requirements for SC alcohol and drug abuse counselors (CAC I, CAC II, CCS):
Certified Addiction Counselor I (CAC I)
Certified Addiction Counselor II (CAC II)
Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS)
- 40 contact hours, including 6 hours of ethics, every 2 years
- 20 credits can be taken online

South Carolina CAC and CCS can earn 20 of their CE credits online through athealth.com.
