Although there have been significant moves to introduce legislation and guidelines that deal with the introduction of organizational policy and procedures on harassment and bullying, the occurrence of harassment is still common.

This program covers the legal definitions and psychological aspects of sexual harassment, how to manage these potentially harmful situations, and the psychological make-up of the harasser.

This program specifically reviews the Illinois Human Rights Act and provides legal information for mental health clinicians and other providers of care in Illinois.
