CE for Florida School Psychologists

CE requirements for Florida school psychologists:

• 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years
• 28 of the 30 CE hours should be on general topics related to the practice of psychology
•  2 hours on Medical Errors. All medical errors courses must be approved by the Florida Board of Psychology. Athealth.com does not currently offer a medical errors course.
•  2 hours on Domestic Violence - (Due every 6 years and is included in the 30 required hours) The following athealth course meets this requirement: Domestic Violence: Counseling Clients Involved with Violent Intimate Partners

Renewal date: November 30, odd numbered years

CE Approval for Florida School Psychologists:

The Florida Board of Psychology accepts continuing education credit for courses that are provided by entities approved by the American Psychological Association (APA). At Health, LLC is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. At Health, LLC maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
