Continuing Education for Vermont Mental Health Counselors

CE requirements for VT mental health counselors:

• 40 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including 4 hours of professional ethics
• 28 of the 40 hours may be accrued in individualized learning, such as online programs
• Renewal Date: 1/1 of odd years

CE Approvals

The Vermont Board of Allied Mental Health accepts programs from NBCC approved sponsors. At Health, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6949. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. At Health, LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
