Specifically, it presents (a) a description of custody-related mental health evaluations, (b) ethical considerations involved in the evaluation process, (c) recommendations for conducting mental health evaluations, and (d) a format for the written report.

Target audience: Psychologists, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, social workers, addiction counselors, nurses.

This course does not offer ASWB ACE CE credit to social workers.
