Anthony M. D'Agostino, MD, Chair of the Department of Psychiatry of the Alexian Brothers Hospital, now in Hoffman Estates, IL. He has been a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Loyola University Medical School in Illinois since 1972 and is a past president of the Illinois Psychiatric Society, where he has been active on various committees of that organization over the years, including the ethics and insurance committees. He served on the Assembly of the American Psychiatric Association from 1996 to 2002.
