CE requirements for Alaska marriage and family therapists:
- Must complete 45 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including 2 hours of professional ethics, 2 hours in addictions, 2 hours in cross cultural education, and 2 hours in domestic violence
- No more than one-half of the total number of CE hours may be earned from individual study
- Board accepts courses from other behavioral health disciplines as long as program relates to marriage and family therapy
