CE requirements for LA marriage and family therapists (LMFT):
- 40 continuing education hours, including 3 clock hours of training in ethics that specifically addresses ethics for licensed marriage and family therapy, 6 hours in diagnosis and treatment under DSM-5, and 3 clock hours of training in the subject area of social and cultural foundations every renewal period
