Washington psychologists are required to earn

  • 60 hours of continuing education every 3 years, including a minimum of 4 hours of professional ethics
  • Psychologists are also required to take 6 hours in suicide assessment, treatment, and management every 6 years. Our course, entitled Suicide Assessment, Treatment, and Management, meets the Washington State requirement for 6 credits of CE in suicide prevention and is on the WA Department of Health Model List.

CE Approvals:

The Washington Examining Board of Psychology accepts courses (including correspondence courses) sponsored by regional or state psychological associations or their subchapters or other professionally or scientifically recognized behavioral science organizations.

At Health, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6949. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. At Health, LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

At Health, LLC is approved as a continuing education provider by the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) Provider #148460.

At Health, LLC, Provider #1707, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit.  ACE provider approval period: 5/3/2023-5/3/2026.
