CE requirements for ID alcohol and drug counselors (ACADC, CADC):
- Twenty (20) hours of continuing education (CE) every year, including 2 hours of professional ethics
- Ethics courses cannot be earned online.

Idaho professional counselors can earn eighteen (18) of their continuing education credits online through athealth.com.
State laws can change. Practitioners are responsible for determining their state’s licensure requirements.
