Continuing Education for Addiction Counselors in Nevada

CE requirements for NV addiction counselors:

  • 40 CE credits every 2 years
  • Including 3 credits in ethics and 3 credits related to confidentiality and the provisions of HIPAA
  • Board accepts online courses

CE Approvals

The Nevada Board of Alcohol, Drug & Gambling Counselors accepts programs from NAADAC approved sponsors. At Health, LLC is approved as a continuing education provider by the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) Provider #148460.

NV addiction counselors can earn 40 of their CE credits online through athealth.com.
