CE requirements for NV psychologists:
- 30 hours of CE every 2 years, including 6 hours in ethics and 2 hours of evidence-based suicide prevention and awareness
- 15 hours can be taken online
- Renewal date: December 31 in even-numbered years
The board accepts workshops, seminars or classes which maintain an attendance roster and are certified or recognized by a state, national or international accrediting agency.
CE Approvals
The Nevada Board of Psychological Examiners accepts programs from APA approved sponsors. At Health, LLC is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. At Health, LLC maintains responsibility for this program and its content.At Health, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6949. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. At Health, LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
